Do I need an Apple Watch?
Yes. A compatible Apple Watch is required for Flow Watch’s main watch features.
Can I change health data permissions?
You can change Flow Watch’s data access at any time in iPhone Settings and the Health app.
Does the app provide medical services?
No. Flow Watch is a general wellness app and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
