FLOW WATCH · PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Effective: August 7, 2026 · Last updated: August 7, 2026
AMUNA (the “Company”) values the privacy of Flow Watch (the “App”) users. This policy explains what information the Company processes through the App, how it is protected, and what rights you have.
Flow Watch is a wellness app for understanding stress and recovery. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
1. Privacy at a glance
| Information | Purpose | How it is handled |
|---|---|---|
| HealthKit health and activity data | Stress, recovery, and wellness insights | Used within the permissions you grant |
| In-app records and settings | Daily records, trends, and a personalized view | Processed on your device as needed for the App |
| Support messages | Responding to support requests | Processed only when you send them through a support channel |
The App does not require registration or an account. The Company does not require your name, email address, phone number, location, or payment information to use the App.
2. HealthKit data
Only when you grant permission on your iPhone or Apple Watch, the App may read related Apple Health (HealthKit) data. Flow Watch may use heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep, active calories, exercise time, stand time, daylight, mindful minutes, steps, environmental audio exposure, water intake, and caffeine records. You choose the actual data types in iOS Health permissions.
HealthKit data is used only to calculate and display stress and recovery insights and provide wellness features. It is not used for advertising, targeted marketing, data brokering, sale, or profiling. The Company does not provide HealthKit data to third parties without your explicit consent.
You can change or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices on your iPhone. Some App features may be limited after permissions are revoked.
3. In-app records and estimates
The App may display reference metrics such as stress trends, recovery status, and biological age based on HealthKit data and records you enter or create in the App. These are wellness information only and do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency judgment, or professional medical advice.
4. Collection, storage, and deletion
Flow Watch processes and stores HealthKit data and App records on your device to provide App features. The Company does not transmit this data to its servers or store it in a separate user account. When you delete the App, App data stored on your device may also be deleted according to the operating system’s policies.
Data stored in Apple Health is managed separately through Apple’s Health app and iOS settings. Deleting the App does not delete original data already stored in Apple Health. Delete Apple Health data directly in the Health app.
5. Third-party services
The App uses Apple HealthKit and Apple Watch features. Apple’s operating system and privacy policies apply to HealthKit storage and permission management. The Company is not the controller of information Apple processes independently.
When you go to the App Store from the App, the App Store and Apple services apply. Please review those services’ policies for their privacy practices.
6. Advertising, sale, and automated decisions
The Company does not use HealthKit data or App records for advertising and does not sell them to data brokers, advertising platforms, or other third parties. The App does not make automated decisions based on health data that have legal or similarly significant effects on users.
7. Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of permissions relating to your information. You can manage HealthKit permissions directly in iOS Settings. App records can be managed by deleting the App or using deletion features provided in the App.
Send privacy requests to amunahq@gmail.com or through the App Support page. We may ask only for the minimum information needed to verify and handle your request.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children who require parental consent under applicable law, and the Company does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If a parent or guardian believes a child’s information was provided, please contact us through the support page.
9. Safeguards
The Company protects information through least-privilege principles, operating-system permissions, device security features, and App updates. Keep your device passcode and operating system current, and review HealthKit permissions periodically.
10. Changes
If laws, App features, or processing practices change, we will post the revised policy and effective date on this page. We may also provide additional notice through the App or website for material changes.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or rights requests, contact amunahq@gmail.com or visit the AMUNA App Support page.
This policy is based on the current distributed version of Flow Watch. If the App’s actual HealthKit permissions, analytics SDKs, server transfers, or support email change, update both the App Store privacy details and this policy.
